ADR 0013: GitHub repository is duckbill

Context

MAIL-193 covers renaming the GitHub repo, npm scope, specification titles, and CSS prefixes. The owner asked to rename the GitHub repo now without the rest of that work.

Decision

Rename PlatypusDBA/inbox-assistant to PlatypusDBA/duckbill. GitHub keeps a redirect from the old name.

Do not rename npm scope @inbox-agent/*, specification titles, ia-* CSS class names, or the MAIL project key. Those remain MAIL-193.

Alternatives

• Wait for the full MAIL-193 mass rename — rejected; the public GitHub name should match the product now.
• Rename npm packages in the same change — rejected; that is a separate, wider blast radius.

Consequences

https://github.com/PlatypusDBA/duckbill is the repository. Existing clones and Vercel Git integration follow the GitHub redirect. Agents treat the GitHub repo as duckbill and still leave packages, spec titles, and CSS prefixes alone until MAIL-193.
