Duckbill™ Mail folder view

Mail is a triage page at /inbox/mail. It lists every connected account and the folders already stored for that account.

Each row has two names:

• Actual is the provider folder name from the stored folder scan (inbox_agent.folder_scans). A mailbox with no scan falls back to folders already stored in inbox_agent.mailbox_containers.
• Proposed is the name from the newest migration plan whose source account is that mailbox. A folder with no mapping shows Unmapped.

A stale scan keeps the last folder list and shows “Folder scan is stale.” Child folders sit under their parent. The page does not call Gmail, iCloud, or Microsoft. A mailbox that has connected and has not been scanned yet stays on the page with no folder rows.
